Public Warehousing Co. (Agility) was established in 1979 by the Government of Kuwait. It underwent a transformation in 1997, when it was privatized and renamed PWC Logistics. On November 13, 2006, the company went through yet another re-branding process, unveiling a new company name and logo, Agility, with the ticker symbol AGLTY. In order to diversify its investor base further, the company listed on the Dubai Financial Market as well in February 2006.

Listed on Kuwait Stock Exchange, Agility is the sixth largest company in terms of market capitalization.
