Ishraq Gulf Real Estate Holding Company BSC is a real estate developer and investor that was established to invest in the development of high-quality, affordable hotels in the Middle East market.

Established in 2005, Ishraq is tasked with investing the equity funding of several high-profile Middle Eastern conglomerates in order to grow the Express by Holiday Inn hotel brand throughout the Middle East. To this end, Ishraq is scheduled to build 22 hotels by 2010, and to oversee the entire development process - from strategic planning to successful hotel operation.
